Processing times

Most of our products at Rainbows&Lollipops are printed on demand. You need to allow 1-2 weeks for processing time, and a few business days for the product to arrive (In Canada and Us). International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, but normally arrive within 3-4 weeks. It is possible that if it is a busy period (Christmas or summer vacation) that the delay be extended a bit. To get more information, you can email me at [email protected].

Shipping

Rainbows&Lollipops use Chitchats and Machool as shipment brokers. These platforms allow us to choose the most efficient less costly shipping solutions. When your order will be shipped, you will receive a tracking number EXCEPT for the very small items (like memory enveloppes and wooden pellets) who will be shipped with stamps, because of their very low price.

If you have any issue with your shipment, please contact us, we offer a very good after sale service and will do our best to help you.

Please verify that you enter the right address when ordering, in order to receive your parcel without it being returned to us. 

Transportation

We use a few transporters to ship our parcels. The parcels are delivered without signature and can left in front of your door. Rainbows&Lollipops is not responsible for lost parcels, however contact us and we will do our best to help you and provide you with a solution. If we made a mistake in the customization or we sent the wrong item, do not hesitate to contact us and we will rectify the siuation rapidly. If you receive a broken item, send us an email at [email protected] to get a replacement. If your item is in perfect condition, but gets easily damaged after a short time, contact us so we can rectify this situation. 

Return policy

When you purchase from the internet, you can sometimes be disappointed or unsatisfied with your purchase. We take returns and exchanges. Please note that the shipping charges for sending us the item will be at your charge. 

Custom orders cannot be returned, except under certain conditions, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
